Order Cancellation Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 10 days of placing it, without providing any reason.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must notify us of your decision by sending a clear written statement.

Orders canceled before production begins may be eligible for a refund. Once preparation, decorating, or customization has started, cancellations are non-refundable, as materials and labor have already been committed to your order.

Returns

All custom and personalized sweets are made specifically for your order. For this reason, all custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded due to a change of mind, ordering the wrong item, or personal taste preferences.

Please inspect your order at the time of pickup. By accepting your order, you acknowledge that it has been received in satisfactory condition. Once the order leaves our possession, we cannot be held responsible for any damage resulting from transportation, improper storage, or mishandling. Because our products are perishable food items, we're unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds after an order has been picked up or delivered, except as required by applicable law.

If there is an issue with your order due to damage, an error on our part, or a quality concern, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the situation and work toward a fair resolution.
